Know exactly where your edge is — and where it isn't.

TradeHarbor is a trading journal built for futures and prop firm traders. Import trades from any broker, keep your evaluation rules in view, and see which setups, symbols, and hours actually make you money.

No credit card required. Your data stays private and exportable.

Features

Everything you need to review your trading honestly

Focused on doing a few things properly: getting your trades in, keeping your risk rules in view, and showing you patterns you can act on.

Import from any broker

Upload a CSV export and map its columns once — TradeHarbor remembers the mapping, skips duplicates, and lets you undo an import.

Prop account rules

Trailing or static drawdown, daily loss limits, profit targets, and consistency rules — calculated from your trades so you always know your buffer.

Analytics that explain results

Equity curve, drawdown, win rate, profit factor, expectancy, streaks — and breakdowns by symbol, setup, tag, weekday, and hour.

P&L calendar

See every trading day at a glance with weekly totals. Click any day to review its trades and what you wrote about it.

Daily journal

Write about each session with that day's results beside you, and rate your discipline so you can see how process tracks with P&L.

Position sizer

Size futures positions from your stop in points or ticks — including sizing off the drawdown you actually have left in a prop account.

Built for prop traders

Stop doing drawdown math in your head

Add your evaluation or funded account's rules once. Every trade you log or import updates your balance, your trailing threshold, and how much room you have left today.

  • Static, trailing-per-trade, and end-of-day trailing drawdown
  • Trailing threshold that locks at the level your firm specifies
  • Daily loss limit tracking with the exact days you'd have breached
  • Profit target progress and best-day consistency checks

FAQ

Questions

Does TradeHarbor connect to my broker or place trades?

No. TradeHarbor never places, modifies, or cancels orders and never asks for broker logins. You bring trades in with a CSV export from your broker or by entering them yourself.

Which brokers and platforms can I import from?

Any that can export closed trades to CSV (one row per completed trade). The first time you import a format you match its columns to TradeHarbor's fields; after that the mapping is remembered. Exports that list individual fills — separate rows for each buy and sell — aren't supported yet.

How accurate is the prop account drawdown tracking?

It's calculated from your closed trades. Firms that trail the drawdown on intraday unrealized highs can put your real threshold higher than a closed-trade calculation shows, so always confirm against your firm's own dashboard before you trade.

Is my trading data private?

Yes. Your data is only visible to you, is never sold, and can be exported or permanently deleted from Settings at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is this financial advice?

No. TradeHarbor is a record-keeping and analytics tool. It doesn't recommend trades or strategies, and nothing in it is investment, tax, or financial advice.
